Navratri festival[28th september] was the first festival we celebrated in our new house.We worship Durga mata on these auspicious days.For the first time I grew Jhuara[wheat seeds] in the earthen pot. when seed sprouted that moment was really overwhelming.NAVRATRI IS CELEBRATED for nine days.On the eigth day Kanya poojan was held. Small girls came to our house we washed there feet as to welcome the goddess.we gave gifts to them. on the day of dushehra we immersed the pot in the Yamuna.
